Sebayur Rock

(Central Komodo)
Located just around the corner from us this makes a great location for an afternoon dive and one of our best pygmy seahorses sites.
It is a small island just off the island where the resort is located. With great visibility and a mix of sloping reefs starting from 5m and steep walls covered with corals, it is useless to say that it is a beautiful dive site. Although it is a predominantly macro site, we begin the dive at the edge of the cliff and follow the slope of the corals until we reach the walls at around 20 m. As we descend the coral garden sloping down to the wall, start watching the fans to find the pygmy seahorses.

On the wall, keep an eye on the rays, the turtles and sometimes the schools of humphead parrotfish that pass through. We follow the wall observing the small cliffs looking for electric clams, leafy scorpion fish.
