Prices & Taxes

All published rates are full-board including: all meals, government taxes and service charge. The resort reserves the right to adjust rates at any time without prior notice, unless a confirmed booking has been made. Special promotions and discounts may be offered periodically.

Full-board pricing is excluding drinks and special meals that may be provided at the resort such as: romantic dinner, or on-request meals.

Our full-board pricing structure includes for each guest a choice of one breakfast, one lunch (main course and dessert), and one dinner (main course and dessert). Please note that any additional requests will incur an extra charge.

Online credit card payments are subject to 3% transaction fees.

Currency Conversion Disclaimer

Please be aware that any currency conversions displayed on our website are solely for illustrative and comparison purposes. All transactions and bookings at Komodo Resort are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The exchange rates used for these conversions are indicative and may not reflect the actual rate at the time of transaction. This should be considered when making reservations and payments. For accurate and up-to-date currency conversion, kindly refer to a reliable financial resource.

Complimentary Boat Transfers Policy

Komodo Resort offers complimentary boat transfer services for the convenience of our esteemed guests. Please find the scheduled timings below:

  • Departure from Labuan Bajo to Komodo Resort: 12:45 PM
  • Departure from Komodo Resort to Labuan Bajo: 8:30 AM

Guests who wish to benefit of the complimentary boat transfer are requested to align their travel plans with these complimentary boat transfer timings to ensure a seamless and comfortable journey to and from the resort.

Please note that the complimentary boat transfer service is not available outside of these scheduled timings. As the complimentary boat transfer leaves Labuan Bajo daily at 12:45 PM, we strongly discourage guests from booking flights that land in Labuan Bajo late in the afternoon, as it may not be possible to reach the resort on the same day.

In the event guest flights arrive late causing to miss the complimentary boat transfer, the resort will not be responsible for arranging or funding overnight accommodation in Labuan Bajo or additional transportation.

Private Boat Transfer

In addition to our complimentary boat transfer service, Komodo Resort offers a private boat transfer option for our guests desiring a more flexible and personalized travel experience. This service is perfect for guests whose travel arrangements may not align with our scheduled transfer times or for those who seek an exclusive and private journey.

Please note that this service is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. As it is separate from our complimentary boat transfer, it incurs additional charges.

By opting for the private paid boat transfer, guests agree to the additional charges and terms of service. The cost of the private boat transfer is non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to the service.

Komodo National Park Fees & Tickets

Komodo National Park Tickets fees are mandatory for all guests visiting the areas of the National Park. These fees are regulated by the Komodo National Park and related local Government authorities and may be subject to increase and/or amendment without prior notice.

Due to the Komodo Resort location and for guests’ own convenience during their stay on theisland, the daily Komodo National Park Entry, Scuba Diving and/or Snorkelling ticketsare to be purchased in advance prior to arrival for all Diver/Snorkeler guests and will beadded into the proforma invoice.

Tickets are not required on check-in and check-out days and all tickets will be handed over to guests on check-in day.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Full payment for the entire stay, including any incidental charges, is required at the time of check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be subject to additional fees.

Payments may be issued by online by credit card or by bank transfer.

Traveling with Minors

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Proof of age may be required upon check-in.

Accessibility or Special Needs

Komodo Resort does not provide Accessibility features of any kind. Special Needs may be satisfied with advance notice.

Komodo Resort does not guarantee that all Special Needs may be covered.

Hotel Events

The resort hosts various events throughout the year. Guests are encouraged to participate but must adhere to the event's rules and guidelines. Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, and any disturbances may result in eviction without a refund.

Dispute Resolution/Issues

Any disputes or issues arising during a guest's stay should be reported immediately to the resort management. The resort will attempt to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, with the guest's satisfaction as a priority.

Use of Personal Information

The resort collects personal information from guests for booking and billing purposes only. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the guest's consent, except as required by law.


The resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on its premises. Guests are responsible for their safety and well-being and are encouraged to secure personal belongings at all times.

Force Majeure

The resort is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and government regulations.

Weather is considered force majeure. As such, resort activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling and excursions are subject to be operational based on actual weather.

Komodo Resort may cancel such resort activities without prior notice and on last minute.

Third Party Rights

No third party shall have any rights to enforce any terms and conditions of these policies.


Any failure or delay by the resort to enforce any of its rights under these policies shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.


If any provision of these policies is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
